Maria J. Londono

Maria has been an associate at Garbett, Allen, Roza & Yates since 2024.  Maria’s practice has focused on complex commercial litigation specializing primarily in the areas of banking, real estate, and creditor’s rights. Maria has represented leading financial institutions as well as public and private corporate entities at both the state and federal levels in all phases of litigation. She has also represented several Fortune 500 companies in a wide array of complex contract, insurance, employment, and premises liability disputes.  While continuing to represent clients in commercial and financial services litigation matters, Maria’s current practice also includes documenting and structuring lending transactions.
