Frank J. Roza

For over 20 years, Frank has represented a wide range of national, regional and community banks and financial service companies in major and complex litigation matters, loan workout and restructuring, commercial real estate and construction financing, asset-based loans and SBA loans. Before joining the firm, Frank was Regional General Counsel for the Southern Region of Union Planters Bank, N.A., and was responsible for managing all of the bank’s litigation in Florida, Texas and Louisiana.

He also led a team of 15 legal professionals who handled bank litigation, real estate and asset based financial transactions, regulatory compliance, training and support for the retail banking, consumer lending, and commercial lending departments of the bank.  Frank is frequently invited to present training/seminars to his bank clients on a wide array of banking issues. Frank has jury and bench trial experience in multiple state and federal courts in Florida. He is fluent in Spanish.
